Our products ship Monday through Saturday via UPS home delivery. (UPS is closed on Sundays and holidays.） Orders will be

Each Mooncakes and bakery item is made from scratch using the finest name brand organic ingredients. We do bake with foods
that may be allergens for some and we cannot guarantee that all items do not contain these allergens, which include, but are not limited to, dairy, egg, nuts, soy, coconut, chocolate or gluten.

Each Mooncakes is wrapped in plastic wrap and tied to ensure freshness. The items are then packaged in a bakery box and the
bakery box is packaged in a shipping box.
Due to the nature of the product, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
When, for some reason, you have any problem with your purchase, please let us know within 24 hours of receipt so that we can
resolve any concerns you may have. It is our goal to have only happy customers.
We hope that all products can be received by customers in good condition. Insurance will be added to all orders, so if there
is damage from shipping, a claim must be filed. Seller cannot be held responsible for damaged products once they are in the hands of the shipping service.
